Anal Touch: A Somatic Exploration of Pleasure & Connection
Curious about anal touch but not sure where to start? Want to deepen your connection with your own body or learn new ways to explore with a partner? This hands-on workshop invites you to slow down, get curious, and explore the possibilities of anal pleasure through a somatic, consent-centered approach.
Together, we’ll explore the foundations of anal touch, combining anatomy, nervous system awareness, communication, and practical touch techniques. We’ll focus on building comfort and trust, learning to listen to the body, and discovering how breath, pacing, and intentional touch can create more pleasurable and connected experiences.
In this workshop, we’ll explore:
Anal anatomy & awareness: Get familiar with the anatomy of the anus, anal sphincters, and surrounding pelvic structures, and learn how they influence sensation, relaxation, and pleasure.
Consent & communication: Practice communicating desires, boundaries, and curiosities, with tools for checking in, negotiating touch, and honoring a changing yes, no, or maybe.
Nervous system & relaxation: Explore how breath, pacing, and body awareness can support relaxation and help us recognize when we’re ready for more sensation—or need to slow down.
External anal massage: Learn a variety of touch techniques for the surrounding hips, buttocks, and anal area, with an emphasis on pressure, rhythm, lubrication, and attunement.
Internal anal touch: Learn about approaches to internal touch, including preparation, gradual pacing, communication, and recognizing when to pause or stop.
Safety, comfort & aftercare: Discuss lubrication, gloves, hygiene, physical discomfort, emotional responses, and ways to care for yourself and your partner before, during, and after anal exploration.
How the Hands-On Practice Works
This is an interactive, partnered workshop conducted in a group environment. Participants will work in pairs, working as the giver and receiver of anal touch. I’ll demonstrate both external and internal anal touch techniques, which you’ll then have the opportunity to practice within your pair.
Because we’ll be working in a shared space, participants should be comfortable engaging in partnered touch in a group setting. Consent is central to every part of this workshop. You’ll be encouraged to communicate your boundaries, ask for what you want, and adjust or stop at any time. No one is expected to push through discomfort or participate in any technique that doesn’t feel right for them.
Please note: Solo attendees are not permitted. You must attend with a partner with whom you’re comfortable participating in partnered touch.
What to Bring
Please bring the following supplies:
Water-based lubricant
Sheets to cover your practice surface
A yoga mat
Gloves
Pen and paper for notes
Cell phone policy: To support presence, privacy, and connection, cell phone use is not permitted during class.
Who Is This Workshop For?
Whether you’re brand new to anal exploration or looking to deepen an existing practice, this workshop offers an opportunity to build confidence, expand your understanding of pleasure, and practice listening to the body with curiosity rather than expectation.
This is about more than learning techniques. It’s about developing a deeper relationship with sensation, communication, trust, and choice. We’ll prioritize enthusiastic and ongoing consent, mutual care, and the freedom to discover what feels good for each individual.
Come with curiosity, bring your questions, and give yourself permission to slow down. There’s no one right way to experience pleasure, and no goal you need to reach.
